The project is a modernization of an existing production and administrative buildings. The administrative building is a massive three-storey building with two-storey massive warm ties transverse to the production building.
Subject of reconstruction and modernization are first and second floor entirely and part of the third floor in the area around the northeastern vertical communication. The modernization covers both the inner, outer walls and the roof of the building. The development provides for demolition of existing warm ties and building new, higher-rise with a new function in the same place.
