The project is a multi-functional building on three levels. In the basement are located appetizers, storage areas and part of the installation of the brewery. On ground floor are designed outdoor pub, gift shop and offices. On the first floor is a large restaurant with outdoor terrace and visible system conditions of the brewery. The whole building is set around an existing 90 meter chimney, which is the focus of the project. The building and surrounding areas are designed very imaginative and allows shaping playground, open green spaces, less water post and amphitheater. Used materials meet the latest requirements and standards, the combination of vision of the old building and modern technologies embody the vision of the investor for the “good old days” and “good beer”.
Brewery is a plant with great potential production and construction of the visible parts of it carried the spirit of old brewers and method of preparation of quality beer.
