Expansion and renovation of warehouses for finished pharmaceuticals in RLP I-735, “Military ramp – West” district, Sofia city

The project represents the construction of a new building on two levels, reconstruction and extension of existing building and construction of new external links.
The new building is designed on two levels, at first level is designed a large warehouse and four transport ramps. On the second level distribution is mixed – offices, warehouses and cold stores with positive temperatures. The structure is designed with prefabricated concrete and metal roof. The total area is 1450 m2.
Reconstruction of the existing building is designed by extension, internal reorganization, construction of a new concrete ramp and lifting the existing floor in “expedition” area. Raising is decided by the construction of a double floor of height 65 cm.
