The factory is located in the newly built industrial zone “Bozhurishte”.
The site represents a factory building, two buildings with technical premises, office building and accompanying facilities as a security cabin, covered electrical distribution installation, waste management shed, nitric tower and underground tank for firefighting needs. The total built area of all buildings and facilities within the property is approximately 14 700 m2.
Production building consists of mainly production hall and storage area, as over these areas with lower height requirements are developed partial second levels.
The construction of the production building is made of precast concrete elements and that of the administrative building is monolithic, the transition between them is via walkway.
Special attention is paid to the high energy efficiency, during the construction were used innovative technologies and high quality materials.
