For the investor was realized feasibility study and proposal for the concept in relation with investment intent. When analyzing different options were considered, making analysis of the existing position and buildings within the scope of the concepts for each of the variants were prepared schedule and prognosal budget implementation. For each of the options a legal and administrative analysis were made, as well as risk analysis. By Correct Project  an opinion optimum proposal was headed.
