It is interesting the supporting structure of the building – mixed type.

The underground floor, the ground floor and part of the supporting walls are made of a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The roof and the rest of the walls of the above-ground level are made of metal construction with metal beams and steel insulating panels. The spatial reinforcement of the metal structure is realized by means of reinforced concrete washers and a system of horizontal and vertical joints.

High-end luxury materials, installations and systems are used to maximize the convenience of residents in the residential building.
