The building is located in a separate corner plot with elongated proportions and area 2567 square meters, located near the residential complex “Residential Park Sofia” south of the Ring Road of the city of Sofia in the area “Malinova Dolina”.
The project is a five-storey office building with underground parking. The building is designed as two similar in size and appearance bodies. On the ground floor are organized four outlets, two in each of the volumes. At the level of the first, second, third and fourth floor above ground floor there are offices. On the roof floor there is a small office. Construction height of the ground floor is 5.25 meters, the floors – 4.10 m, while the roof floor – 3.50 m.
The building has a monolithic concrete structure. The interior ground floor and floors are exempted from the maximum load-bearing walls, which provides flexibility distributions. Below ground level are provided waterproofing and drainage bath.
