The newly designed extension includes the construction of a new warehouse on one floor, which is connected to the existing production. There are air-conditioned warehouses for raw materials and finished products, warehouses for packaging, waste room, residential premises. As separate volumes are provided 5 loading ramps with buffer rooms to the warehouse, engine room for refrigeration installations and technical room control signal valve, located outside the volume of Production and Warehouse. The construction of the New Warehouse is based on reinforced concrete foundations, prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, metal roof structure and profiled sheet metal, on metal purlins.
New business center on 3 floors, it has demonstration halls, reception lobby and training room, offices, presentation hall, roof garden. The construction of the Business Center is monolithic reinforced concrete with a suspended facade system.
Accompanying facilities are provided to the building, such as: technical building – sprinkler, above-ground water tank for firefighting needs, checkpoint.
The project also includes the internal reconstruction of the existing technical premises and the administrative building.
During the whole construction process the work and the production flows were not interrupted and hindered, which was an important condition of the Assignor.
