The construction of the project is carried out in stages. The shopping complex is a one-storey volumetric structure, functionally divided into ten main sub-site, shopping areas, different tenants. The structure consists of prefabricated frames, which are based on single foundations, the frames are composed of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and steel beams. The roof structure is made of main and secondary metal beams.
The multifunctional building is a multi-storey (5 above-ground levels) volumetric structure, functionally divided vertically. In the basement is organized parking for the needs of the building. On the ground floor there is a commercial area, which includes a shop with a warehouse area, dining facilities and an adjacent children’s playground. On the first level there are organized office spaces according to the needs of each tenant. On the standard floors from 2 to 5, an apart-complex is formed. It is organized on the principle of a closed type multifunctional complex, with an inner, open yard, organized as an indoor garden with areas for recreation and relaxation. The construction of the building is monolithic, beamless with columns and concrete walls.
