The building is open plan warehouse with 3 separate rooms in it with total area of 770.90 m². The dimensions of the warehouse are 60.20 x 12.45 meters. Storage is low-floor on one level. The building is designed with prefabricated concrete structure. The facades are of “layered installation” type. The roof is lightweight with LT sheet metal, insulation and directly laid on it waterproofing. The floors in the warehouse are “polished concrete”. With VP of terrain is provided convenient access to the building, proper drainage of surface water and comfortable maneuvering of TIR trucks. In non built-up parts of the terrain is provided landscaping to improve the overall aesthetic image.
