The project is a seven-storey office building with offices, storage areas, garages and cafe with 24 seats.
The construction is solid reinforced concrete with five beam-slabs in the office floors. It is divided into two buildings A and B. On the first floor of Building A has a coffee bar and technical rooms. On the ground floor there are warehouses and offices. The first, second and third floor has corporate offices and on the fourth fifth and sixth floor offices for sale. In block B there are two underground levels with 56 parking spaces. The first, second and part of the third floor has a storage area. The other part of the third floor provides corporate offices and offices for rent. On the fourth, fifth and sixth floors are offices for sale.
On the roof there will be lawns and pool bar.
