The site is located in the southwest industrial area of the city Veliko Tarnovo. The factory site has an area of 16,000 square meters. Within the field there are secondary buildings to be demolished.
Within the hall is built separate concrete construction on three levels. It is provided for ten production lines, with all adjoining service facilities and silos.
It is envisaged a separate room for an office building on three levels and a link to the hall on the ground floor.
