The project envisages construction of a production building for flexible joints and accessories for sanitary equipment. The building has the following dimensions 73.66 / 93.08 m. By request of the Assignor in the future will be made expansion of the building towards the eastern border of the property. Sprinkler tank and car parking are located north of the industrial building.
In the western part of first level are situated two main entrances to the building – Central-provided for visitors and employees of the administration and service-provided for workers in production and storage areas. Near the entrance are located sanitary – hygiene units, sized according to provided work places. North of the service entrance is the dining room, separated from the dressing rooms and service premises by a corridor. Thereto are provided respectively storage and washing room.
On the second level, developed in the western and northern part of the building are located office premises, meeting rooms, bathrooms, rest room, server room and archive. The structure is made from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. The building is mostly single storey. The exception is the administrative part, which is developed on two levels located on the western and northern facades.
