The project is a multifunctional complex with mixed use consisting of Universal sports spectacular hall and showrooms – area = 25,000 m2, shopping center and underground garages – area = 89,000 m2, Business Center – Area = 14 000 m2 and Hotel Complex – area = 13 000 m2. The total area, including underground parking lot is approximately 140,000 m2.
The main entrances of the various groups of objects are connected with hot links. The new sports hall will be built on the site where more than twenty years has begun construction of old one. The shopping and entertainment complex will have two parallel covered streets. In general spatial design of the complex is sought unity and subordination volumes and natural accent is the gym. Basic materials used are glazing, cladding stone, ceramics and sconce.
