Subject of the project is reorganization and change of use of premises for commercial activities in the pharmacy. The property is located on two levels – ground floor and basement. For the realization of the project a procedure for change of use was performed.
Construction, installation and repair were carried out works in part “Architecture”, “Water”, “HVAC”, “Electro”, “DFS” and “PAD” including current installations – CCTV, security alarm and acousto-magnetic systems, sound system, internet wiring. Existing position of the room was adapted at most to the requirements of the Employer.
A project was developed for outdoor advertising marking, including procedures for the authorization and validation, as well as cleaning and improvement of the landscape and facade.
