The building is designed for storage of palletized packaged food and industrial goods in three separated rooms – two dry warehouses and a refrigerated unit, depending on the conditions necessary for the preservation of diverse items. There is also the Administrative block covering the needs of service personnel.
The construction of the building is prefabricated skeleton steelwork and reinforced concrete monolithic zero cycle.
