The purpose of the project is reconstruction of premise for expansion of production area with built-up area of 608m2 and construction of loading platform in place of the existing sectional door in the existing production building.
It is planned to be differentiated specific premises for production of electronic chips with almost zero dust pollution and warehouses thereto. It is expected to be utilized existing bathrooms, dressing rooms and access points to the building. Actual access to the production premises will be carried through existing entrances for staff.
The existing building is made of steel prefabricated structural support system built on monolithic reinforced concrete foundations. The facades are made of thermo panels. The roof coating is also made of thermo panels. The climatic cameras, induced draft fans to local ventilation, air ducts to the climatic cameras and the pipes for heat supply of the cameras are mounted on structure built one meter above the ceiling of the cleanrooms.
