1. The warehouse building is newly designed and includes the main warehouse areas of the company and adjacent areas for administrative staff, residential premises, repackaging area for promotional goods – digging, archive and technical areas.
The building is provided with accompanying facilities, such as a security cabin, an underground storage tank, an underground tank for fire-fighting purposes, a transformer station.
The building is divided into two main parts:
- High storage area – one-volume zone with a height of 15 m,
- Two-storey section
– on the first floor – area for preparing and dispatching consignments equipped with loading platforms, sanitary rooms and offices for the employees directly related to the organization of the working process;
– on the second floor – domestic and sanitary premises, additional storage and working areas;
2. The office building is free-standing,there are five floors without a basement.
On the ground floor there are a two-storey lobby, a conference area, a kitchen, a dining room for the employees of the warehouse. On the second floor there are a dining room for the employees in the administration, office areas, sanitary and household premises. On the next floors there are offices with adjacent auxiliary, sanitary and living rooms.
The construction of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete beamless. Foundation slab.
- on the first floor – area for preparation and dispatch of shipments equipped with loading and unloading platforms, toilets and offices for employees directly related to the organization of the work process;
- on the second floor – sanitary premises, additional storage and working areas;
After the successful completion of the project in 2021, it was awarded 2 nominations in the Building of the Year 2021 competition. The nominations are for office and corporate buildings and logistics buildings, and Orbico won the Logistics Building of the Year award.
