The site represents reconstruction of part of the existing building, which housed the supermarket-part of multiple supermarkets “Piccadilly” into a sporting goods store of multiple stores “Decathlon”. Subject of the development are a section of the building on elevation 0.00 and a section of the building on elevation +3.50. The reconstruction doesn’t affect structural elements of the building and doesn’t provide actions that would compromise the bearing capacity of the existing structure.
The main room in the supermarket is the commercial hall. Through it are carried out the functional connections with all departments in the store. The premise is rectangular having main middle path for movement of the clients. The area of the commercial hall is 1815,31 m2.
In the northwestern part of the site is located area for receiving and distributing goods. It is equipped with automatic platform leveling the different levels. Goods from that area are allocated on the shelves in the commercial hall.
