This project provides repair and reconstruction of existing buildings for Technical and warehouse.
The property includes a building, lounge, hall, kiosk, kiosk-Traffic (also a fence, courtyard, decorative green area).
The construction of buildings which undergo renovation and reconstruction, is a precast, reinforced concrete, combined with a subsystem for prefabricated facade elements. The roof structure consists of prestressed reinforced concrete panels.
It is envisaged that internal reorganization (change of use of premises of some existing buildings) in connection with the provision of accessible environment and better functioning and replacement of windows and curtain wall, making insulation to improve heat transfer performance.
They will dismantle all existing cladding, finishes, ceilings, floors, curtain walls and curtain panels, and all building systems. Structural changes associated with increased bearing capacity of the building, installation of a new curtain wall and cladding, building some partition walls, installation of aluminum windows and curtain wall installation of insulation and waterproofing, brand new, modern equipment – electro – high and low voltage, plumbing, heating, air conditioning are also envisaged. All partitions are constructed of lightweight partition walls, flooring and suspended ceilings will be rebuilt. All materials will be traditional and certified meeting the Bulgarian legislation.
