ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING OF THE YEAR FOR 2010.

The building consists of four underground parking half-levels associated with two-lane ramps and seven above-ground levels, in which are located office space, banking hall, meeting rooms, restaurant, technical rooms and archives. There is a separate atrium, which was held in all above-ground levels of the building and has a glass.
The construction is solid reinforced concrete structure. Due to the great depth of the foundation of the building (7-13 m) and 100% construction on the field is conducted strengthening of the construction pit with cast iron cutting piles with a diameter of 880 mm, anchored to an adjacent property with active temporary injection pre-stressed anchors. Waterproofing of “bath” type is executed of overhydrated bentonite.
