The project is designed for stage implementation and fulfilment of the sub-projects in operation within the scope as described below:

Stage 1: Covers the reconstruction of First Ground Floor (elevation + 4.80m) Block 1 and Block 2 and the extension of LEM Bulgaria to Ground floor (level ± 0.00), Block2.

Stage 2: Reconstruction of part of Ground Floor premises (level ± 0.00), Block 1

Due to the increase of the production capacity, the investor needs to increase the production area, the storage areas and the administration premises. For this purpose, a neighboring warehouse, located in Block 2 on First Ground Floor (level ± 4,80 m), together with its adjoining elevator, machinery room and staircase on the Ground floor, will be connected to the premises of LEM Bulgaria / level ± 0.00 /
