The buildings form a single block structure, oriented parallel to the northern regulatory line as the stages will be carried in easterly direction. On the west side, parallel to the road leading to the area is situated a car parking for employees, with the possibility of a two-stage implementation. The office building is located directly opposite of the main approach to the factory and provides the necessary representativeness. In front of the building there is a park area. In the factory will work 100 people administrative staff and 350 people in the factory in the largest shift.
The production building is made of prefabricated steel structure – columns on single foundations, longitudinal cross beams of composite sections respectively 36.00 m and 24.00 m on axis, as the roof is made of layered installation of corrugated iron, mineral wool and bitumen membrane. The administrative building will be made as a typical monolithic structure with columns and reinforced concrete walls.
